Our Role
- Provide general oversight of the Pharmacy Internship programme
- Provide general oversight of the Foreign Trained Pharmacists Qualifying Examinations (FTPQE)
- Liaise with institutions approved for the training of pharmacy professionals
- Develop and monitor policies that guide the Council’s Education programme
Scope Of Work
- Ensure the smooth operation of the activities related to the FTPQE
- Review requests for accreditation of Continuing Education (CE) seminars
- Develop Public Awareness programmes
- Review applications for re-instatement on the Register of pharmacists
- Review plans for Pharmacy Council CE programme
- Review operations of the Pharmacy Internship programme
- Foster collaboration with pharmacy training institutions
